Quick start — Pazi Documentation

Quick start

This guide takes you from sign-in to a useful first deliverable. You do not need to configure a server, choose infrastructure, or create an agent before you begin.

1. Sign in

Go to pazi.ai, select Get started or Log In, and use one of the providers shown on the page. Depending on availability, the page offers Google, Outlook, Apple, GitHub, LinkedIn, and X.

There is no public password registration. The first successful sign-in creates your Pazi account, adds $10.00 to your Cash Balance, and creates your protected operating officer agent.

2. Describe your business

If you do not have a business yet, Pazi opens New Business. Describe what you want to build or grow. Include an existing website or brand source when you have one so the first specialist can inspect and reuse your brand.

Prompt
I am launching a premium olive-oil gift business for corporate clients in Croatia. I have supplier relationships but no brand or website. My first goal is to close three pilot orders. Build the business plan and start with the most useful first deliverable.

On a phone or tablet, the operating-officer chat opens over the setup progress so you can keep answering questions. Opportunity execution itself is designed for desktop.

3. Answer the operating officer

The operating officer asks only for information it needs to understand the business, primary goal, and first visible win. Answer concretely; you can correct or add context at any time.

You can keep asking questions or brainstorming without starting a business build. When your direction is actionable and you want Pazi to proceed, it creates an ordered roadmap of opportunities and delegates long-running work to specialist agents. You may also see a short product survey while delegated work is running. Each survey question can be answered or skipped.

4. Review Business Pulse

When setup is complete, Pazi opens Business Pulse. Check the business identity and summary, ongoing work, active-agent count, and the roadmap of opportunities in order.

If an opportunity says Awaiting input, open Main Chat and answer the specialist's question. If it is Paused, review the existing work before selecting Resume.

5. Start an opportunity

Open Business Roadmap and select Start on the recommended task or another open normal opportunity you want to prioritize. Pazi adds the work to Main Chat and begins it in the background, so you can keep chatting while it runs.

Roadmap order is a recommendation for normal opportunities, not a lock. Distinct normal workstreams may run at the same time; the four fixed launch-readiness steps still respect their real identity, website, and advertising dependencies.

6. Give useful guidance

You can keep using Main Chat while opportunities run in the background. If a conversational turn is already being answered, follow-up messages wait in order. Use Send now only when a new instruction should interrupt that turn, or Stop when you want to cancel it.

Prompt
Keep the customer segment, but pause the website work. First create a one-page sales PDF I can send to procurement managers. Use a warm, premium tone and include a clear pilot-order offer.

7. Review the output

Open Files under the selected agent. You can preview supported files, download them, search by name, filter by type, and share eligible files.

For a private share, enter the recipient email addresses; each person must sign in with an allowed email. For a public share, anyone with the link can open it. Review the file before sharing it outside your team.

8. Make the workflow repeatable

Once the first result is useful, choose the right way to repeat it.

  1. Add a skill when the agent should follow the same standards or workflow again.

  2. Create a scheduled task when work should run later or recur.

  3. Connect Slack when your team should reach the agent from a channel.

  4. Use business email when an agent should communicate by email.

  5. Save required secrets only through the secure credential flow.
