Team access — Pazi Documentation

Team access

Business team access lets an owner invite people into one specific business. Invitees keep their own Pazi account, subscription, agents, and private businesses.

Roles

  1. Owner — controls the business, manages billing, and is charged for business-agent usage.

  2. Admin — can collaborate and manage the member list, including invites, removals, and role changes for that business.

  3. Member — can view and collaborate with agents attached to that business.

The owner is implicit and does not use a member seat.

Invite a person

Open Business Setup, find Members, enter the person's email, and choose Admin or Member. Pazi sends a private acceptance link.

The invitee must sign in with the exact invited email and explicitly accept. An invite does not silently attach itself merely because someone signs in. Pending invitations count toward the business's member limit until revoked or expired.

Plan limits

Free businesses cannot invite team members. Every Pro funding level allows unlimited active or pending members per business.

The owner does not count toward that limit. See Plans and funding before inviting a larger team or changing plans.

What members can access

An active member can collaborate with agents attached to the shared business. They can use business-wide pages and the agent surfaces made available through the business, but they do not gain access to the owner's unrelated businesses or unscoped agents.

Shared business memory and created files are visible within that business. Each agent's private memory and workspace remain isolated according to the normal agent access rules.

Billing and account boundaries

Business-agent usage is billed to the business owner, even when an admin or member starts the run. The member's own subscription and Cash Balance are not merged with the owner's.

Account-control actions stay owner-only. A collaborator cannot take over the owner's billing, delete the owner's account, or use a shared run to make protected owner changes.

Manage membership

Owners and admins can change a member's role or remove them from Business Setup. Removing someone revokes only that business relationship; it does not delete the person's Pazi account or their own agents.

Review the member list after role changes, employee departures, or shared-project completion. Revoke pending invites that should no longer be accepted.

Agent sharing versus business membership

Pazi can also grant narrower viewer access to an individual agent. Business membership is broader: it applies to one business and its attached agents, while agent sharing does not grant access to the rest of the owner's business or account.
