Files and reports — Pazi Documentation

Files and reports

Files are how agents deliver durable work. Depending on the request, an agent can create HTML reports, documents, spreadsheets, images, audio, code, data, screenshots, and supporting assets.

Ask for the output you need

Name the format and intended reader when it matters. For an executive decision, ask for a short report; for follow-up analysis, ask for structured data; for implementation, ask for the source files and verification results.

Prompt
Create a self-contained HTML decision report for our founders. Include an executive summary, cited evidence, a comparison table, the three biggest risks, and your recommendation. Keep all page-owned images and data with the report so it previews correctly.

Find files

Open All Docs → Files for the selected agent. The page lists folders and files from the agent workspace and the business's created deliverables.

Use search, file-type filters, folder expansion, and Refresh to find recent output. New files may appear while an agent is still working; wait for the completion message before treating them as final.

Preview and download

Select a supported file to open it in the center panel. Pazi can preview common text, image, code, and HTML content. Download the original when you need local editing or when a file is too large for inline preview.

HTML reports run in a restricted preview. Relative images, media, styles, scripts, and data work best when the agent keeps them inside the report folder or the approved created-files area.

Share a file

Choose the share action on an eligible file and select the access level.

  1. Private — the owner and allowed signed-in email addresses can open the link.

  2. Public — anyone with the tokenized link can open it without signing in.

For a private file created by a shared agent, Pazi also includes people who can access that agent. The owner can always open their own share.

Keep a share current

A share points to a securely staged copy of one file rather than exposing the agent's private storage. When the owner opens the share, Pazi can refresh that staged copy if the source file changed. Other viewers receive the latest staged version without waking the owner's agent computer.

Review the shared page after an update. Public viewers can keep using the same link until you revoke or replace the share.

Delete and protect files

You can delete ordinary workspace files from the Files page after confirmation. Pazi blocks deletion or sharing for protected and sensitive paths.

Before deleting a file, check whether a report, schedule, skill, or shared link depends on it. Deleting the source does not guarantee that a recipient deleted a copy they already downloaded.

Shared business deliverables

Agents in the same business can use the business's shared created-files storage for user-facing artifacts. Each agent still has private working files that other agents do not mount automatically.

Put final business deliverables in the created-files area; keep temporary research, caches, and tool state in the private workspace.

Review before distribution

Agent-generated files can contain errors, unsupported claims, unsafe code, or sensitive information from the source material. Check facts, recipients, permissions, and embedded content before making a link public or using the output in a consequential decision.
