FAQ
What is Pazi?
Pazi is an AI-agent platform for turning business goals into real execution. Your operating officer coordinates a business plan and specialist agents perform research, design, development, QA, reporting, communication, and recurring work.
Do I need to create my first agent?
No. A new account receives a protected Pazi Operating Officer automatically. Create additional specialists from the agent switcher when you need separate roles.
How many agents can I create?
Every plan allows unlimited agents. Pazi-billed agent work uses the responsible account's Cash Balance.
Does work continue if I close the page?
Long-running work is tracked as a durable run and can continue after the original browser request ends. Return to the same conversation to see completion, errors, questions, and files.
What happens if I send another message while the agent works?
The message normally queues behind the active run. Use Send now to interrupt with one queued message or Stop to cancel the active run and clear that conversation's queue.
Can Pazi make irreversible changes?
Yes, when instructed and permitted. Pazi asks for approval in supported sensitive flows, but you remain responsible for recipients, purchases, production changes, deletion, public publishing, and other consequences. Use a plan-and-review step before execution.
What is the difference between memory and skills?
Memory stores durable facts, preferences, people, and decisions. A skill stores a repeatable workflow and quality standard. Keep the current task's changing details in its conversation or files.
Are conversations isolated?
Each business has one visible Main Chat. Slack and email keep their channel history, while scheduled and delegated work use hidden runtime sessions so they can run independently. Agents still use their durable workspace, skills, and memory.
Who pays when a team member uses a business agent?
The business owner. Team members keep their own subscriptions and do not spend their personal balance on the owner's business work.
Are credentials shared between agents?
Saved credentials are shared by every agent in the same business, but never across businesses or accounts. They are encrypted and delivered only to fresh runs. Do not save a credential if all agents in that business should not receive it.
Should I paste a password into chat?
No. Use the secure credential form for reusable API keys or tokens. For an interactive website login, enter the password directly on the verified site through Live View.
Can agents use Slack?
Yes. Install the Pazi Agents app once per Slack workspace, connect a handle for the selected agent, and invite that handle into approved channels. Slack threads remain separate from web conversations.
Does every business have email?
Yes. Each business has one unique me.pazi.ai address and a shared Email Inbox for all of its agents. Monthly send limits depend on the owner's plan. Unknown inbound senders are stored without automatically starting a credentialed run.
What kinds of files can agents create?
Agents can create HTML reports, documents, spreadsheets, images, audio, code, data, screenshots, and supporting assets. Supported files can be previewed, downloaded, and—when eligible—shared privately or publicly.
What happens when funding runs out?
New billed work is blocked. Web chat opens an out-of-funding dialog; Slack posts a funding-recovery reply without starting the agent. Free accounts can upgrade to Pro, while active Pro $50+ monthly customers and all active annual Pro customers can buy one-time top-ups. Eligible customers can also increase their recurring Pro funding level.
Why can I not start an opportunity on mobile?
Opportunity execution currently uses a desktop handoff on phone and tablet layouts. The blocked mobile action does not change status or start work. Open the same business on desktop to continue.
How do I remove my data?
Delete ordinary files, credentials, schedules, shares, and regular agents from their product controls. Account → General includes account deletion. Full account cleanup continues asynchronously and includes runtime data, channel state, email state, credentials, schedules, billing records, and active subscription cancellation.
Where can I get help?
Use Contact, email support@pazi.ai, or send the authenticated contact form from Account.
